Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at any time. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.
All Works (Including Commissioned Artwork) will include my watermark/signature that you may not remove unless Iāve sent you an unwatermarked version of a custom/adoptable youāve bought.
I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.
I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it; if you would like your commission to be private, please let me know!
My Artwork is for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.
COMMISSION PROCESS
1. Payment
Payments I accept are: USD only through Cashapp, Robux (depending on whether Iām currently accepting it), Discord Nitro, and ToyHouse premium.Depending on the complexity of the character provided, I will notify you whether the price may be raised slightly due to complexity fee or if I cannot draw the character before the commission process.I require full payment once Iāve sent a sketch of your commission and it has been approved before I begin completing the rest of the commission.You may receive a refund only if I havenāt started your commission and youāve paid with USD. Please note: I will not provide a refund nor major changes (such as pose changes) once payment has been sent after sketch approval.
2. Process & Turnaround time
Throughout the commission process, you may inquire for progress reports/work in progress updates of your commission. However, please do not rush me.Turn Around Time varies between 1 week or a month depending on my workload and mental health. However if something occurs that may delay/slow down the commission, I will notify you.
3. Customer Satisfaction & Revisions
Finished works may get small changes (such as minimal color changes or slight line art alterations) however will not get major changes (pose changes, complete/heavy line art alterations, etc.)I will do everything I can to make the customer happy and make the commission process run smoothly!!
DESIGN TOS
Adoptables / Designs can be resold however they cannot be resold for more than their original price unless additional commissioned artwork has added to itās value.You may alter / edit the design freely however you may not claim the original design as your own.
